Queenston, Ontario, Canada in the former home of William Lyon Mackenzie. In 1824 William Lyon Mackenzie started an independent newspaper, The Colonial Advocate in this building. He was known as a political firebrand, hoping to educate citizens and fight what he considered a corrupt political system.
