Shiny Apple Cider is a light, sweet and refreshing drink. Made by a winery, it features a lot of similar characteristics of a white wine. With a long-lingering taste, it starts crisp and becomes more dry.

Located inside a charming ivy-covered former church, the Brewery has an appealing atmosphere for you to relax in and enjoy your drink.

From their purchase of the Niagara-on-the-Lake vineyard in 2005, the Redelmeiers committed their energies to sustainable viticulture. By 2008, they had created the first wine estate in Canada to earn both organic and biodynamic certification for its vineyard and winery.

This distillery keeps it local by crafting small-batch spirits made from freshly fallen fruit collected from their Ontario farms.
